Having just had a poor purchase experience with Irontech it seemed an idea to reach out across a few forums and check for the experiences of others.
My own experience is one where my £2057 doll arrived broken (internal heating doesn't work) and Irontech have made no attempt to repair, replace, or offer serious compensation.
So far they have offered a cheap electric heated throw as a solution... which I felt was extremely poor service and not appropriate, and they have now gone silent when told as much.
They just don't seem to give a monkeys.
How have others found them? Is my experience common?

Re: Feedback on Irontech Dolls?
That's a shame.
Aren't you protected by distance selling regulations?
If it arrived broken then they have an obligation to you.
Failing that, contact your bank to request a chargeback. Don't be put off by the fact that it's a sex doll, that's what they're hoping.
Which website did you buy it from?
