Second-hand fy500 machine warranty?

I bought a second-hand fuckyeah fy500 which was working perfectly but it has since developed a fault.

Having read the fuckyeah.uk warranty & servicing it states that "The warranty will be rendered invalid if the product is re-sold".

The machine is still less than a year old so would still be covered by fuckyeah's limited 5 year warranty.

I have been trying to contact the seller but he's not logged into the site were I bought it since, so hasn't seen my messages.

I mean it does seem a bit unfair that just because it has a new owner the warranty is invalidated.

Has anybody got any advice on how I could get around it?
