Anyone buy from Regulation/Fetters?

How was your experience as a customer with them?

I once had a bad experience with Fetters and didn't realise they were the same company as Regulation, and have seen something I want but only seems to be available with them in the UK, so I am not too sure about ordering considering my Fetters issue.

If you have ordered from either of these establishments recently please let me know, a simple 'good' or 'bad' will do.
