How do you score their website, sales service, customer care, support etc.

Please give your rating 1-5 stars and if you want to a little feedback on your experience.

I voted 2 stars due to fact you can buy their machines cheaper on other websites.

Having bought a machine from them and not realising it wasn't bluetooth-enabled, they shorty after released bluetooth versions but no way to upgrade standard machines, as they do not offer a BT-R conversion kit.

I may change my vote of they decide to release upgrade kits for their machines.
