This review thread in a rating of the service of F-Machine.com

How do you score their website, sales service, customer care, support etc.

Please give your rating 1-5 stars and if you want to a little feedback on your experience.

I voted 2 stars due to fact you can buy their machines cheaper on other websites.

Having bought a machine from them and not realising it wasn't bluetooth-enabled, they shortly after released bluetooth versions but no way to upgrade standard machines, as they do not offer a BT-R conversion kit.

I may change my vote of they decide to release upgrade kits for their machines.

I agree with what Anna said.

Most brands own sites seem to sell their products for the RPP which is usually more than it's sold for elsewhere.

It probably has something to do with them not wanting to deal direct with retail customers.

I buy F-Machine at Sinful, they seem to be priced considerably less than the official F-Machine website and cheaper than all the other retailers.

I bought an F-Machine PRO 2 from F-Machine many years ago.

No issues with them or their machine.

Voted Excellent.

I have used F-machine.com to buy a machine.

No issues experienced with their service, however the machine just doesn't feel like it was worth the price.

I scored them an average 3 stars = provided a good service - product was overpriced (poor value).

Sure, I have the Alpha.

Rarely use it as I resent the fact I didn't buy a different better machine with the money.

I bought my very first fucking machine from f-machine.

I don't recall having any difficulties with them.
