Have you got a review of the service you received from thetremor.com?

I bought The Tremor Machine a few years back form them direct and everything went well. I even checked my old emails and can see they provided status and dispatch/shipping updates and could track until I received it. I had no reason to contact them as everything went as you would expect when buying a sex machine from the US.
