My lovense machine had stopped working, can anybody help me figure out what's wrong with it and hopefully get it working again.

I have had the Tango TW11 machine for little over a year now and honestly it is incredibly quiet.

We have no issues with neighbours hearing us, and we live in a typical apartment.
